The services of Fulcre may range from being appointed to fully manage and operate a procurement project, to providing individual experts to supplement an in-house team. Best value will be achieved by the early engagement of the Fulcre team to establish the strategy and formulate a complete plan for the procurement.

• Full delivery of a procurement project, reporting to the SRO or programme board.
   
• Delivery of a specific stage or workstream within a procurement.
   
• Independent review of individual procurement stages.
   
• Create a procurement project plan, budget, clear deliverables and a structured stakeholder management plan.
   
• Support at key points including – strategy and business case formulation, Competitive Dialogue preparation and execution, Internal and External reviews e.g. Gateway.
   
• Offer a fully flexible procurement process, e.g. guidance during the early stages, and on-going health checks on all or part of the process.
   
• Undertake and participate in the complete Competitive Dialogue planning and process including, as required, managing and resourcing.
   
• Management of Client’s third party support – e.g. legal, technical, business change, etc.
