John is a business focused senior Commercial and Procurement Director and Advisor formerly Commercial Director for The Home Office, with wide business experience.

Peter has extensive experience of the ICT sector with in depth experience as a suppler to the Public and private sector.

Jim has 25 years Senior Commercial and Procurement experience in both the Private and Public sector. He is a CIPS member and has an MBA in Strategic Procurement Management from the University of Birmingham.

The Fulcre team has a common ambition - to ensure that procurements are run effectively for both procurers and bidders. The Team is driven to achieve value for money for the public purse – not primarily to generate fees.
